Do you test on animals?
Pink Beauty Cosmetics are tested by the girls at Pink Beauty!  We would never use our furry friends to test our cosmetics and we have been named Cruelty Free by CaringConsumer.com.

What if I need help with shade or product selection?
If you have any product or shade questions, we have live online customer assistance available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time or email us at contactus@pinkbeauty.com.

Do you do gift wrapping?
Pink Beauty Cosmetics makes the perfect gift for any occasion.  Have your custom-selected gift wrapped in our deluxe black hat box, with pink signature printed tissue and grosgrain ribbon for $6.00. 
A gift card containing your personal message will be included with your gift – you will be prompted at checkout.

What if I want to carry Pink Beauty Cosmetics at my store?
Thank you for your interest in Pink Beauty.  For wholesale opportunities, please fill out our vendor application which can be found on our website.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Pink Beauty Cosmetics accepts Visa and MasterCard.
All orders are charged in Canadian funds.

Where do you ship to?
Pink Beauty currently ships to Canada and the US through our online boutique.  If you wish to place an international order please contact us at orders@pinkbeauty.com for a shipping quote.
Please note that Pink Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to US or International shipments should they occur.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Canada Post.  Shipping times vary and can range from 7 – 10 business days. 
We also offer shipping via UPS as well as rush shipping – please contact us for details.

What are your shipping rates?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
We offer a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for Canada and $12.00 for the US.
Pink Beauty offers free standard shipping for orders of $75.00 or more in Canada and the US.
